Bought a Winnebago from Used Cars Elite and had it delivered straight to Wodonga. Couldn’t have been easier. We’ll be honest, we probably drove Billy and Isaac completely mad. The Jayco Conquest was our first motorhome, so naturally we had approximately 4,000 questions. How does this work? What does that switch do? Where does this hose go? What happens if we press this button? And probably our favourite: “Are you absolutely sure?” Billy and Isaac from customer support were incredibly patient with us. Every time we thought of another question, we called. Then we thought of three more. At one point I’m pretty sure Isaac knew more about our motorhome than we did :)) But seriously, the patience and help from the Used Cars Elite team made buying our first motorhome so much easier. The Jayco Conquest was exactly as described, and we’re absolutely thrilled with it. We’ve now got the hang of most of it. Well… Margaret does. I spent a few days looking over the Toyota LandCruiser 200, expecting to find something wrong with it. Honestly, I couldn’t fault it. The price was so good I thought there must’ve been a catch, but there wasn’t. Everything was exactly as described and the whole deal was pretty straightforward. Good people, honest deal. Bought it from Melbourne and couldn’t be happier. I’d happily recommend Used Cars Elite to anyone looking for a decent used car without all the usual runaround.

I don’t usually bother leaving reviews, but I thought this was worth mentioning. I found a Toyota Hilux SR5 at Used Cars Elite that I really liked. Price was fair, the ute looked great and I was ready to pull the trigger. Only issue was I needed a bit of time to move some money around.I asked if they could hold it for me while I sorted the funds. Unfortunately, when I called back about an hour later, it had already been sold to someone else. Fair enough, first in, best dressed. I can’t really blame them for selling it when another buyer was ready to go. Still, it was a bit frustrating knowing I was serious about buying it. If you see something you like, don’t muck around. These cars can disappear pretty bloody quickly. O

I’ve been around enough used cars to know when something sounds too good to be true, so I was fully expecting to find a catch. When Used Cars Elite told me they’d deliver the car to my place so I could inspect it, I thought, “Yeah righto, what’s the catch?” Then the Hilux turned up looking even better than I expected. The price was bloody cheap, which honestly made me even more suspicious. I walked around the Hilux three times, checked every button, opened every door, popped the bonnet and even stared at the engine for a while pretending I knew exactly what I was looking at. Everything worked. My brother came around and said, “Mate, there’s no way you got that for that price.” The neighbour thought I was having him on. Even my wife asked if I’d accidentally left a zero off the price. But nope, the ute was clean, drove beautifully and was exactly as described. Best part was nobody hassled me or tried to rush the decision. I had six days to inspect and drive it properly, which gave me plenty of time to make sure everything was right. I reckon I’ve spent more money on bad decisions that lasted one weekend than I did on this Hilux. If every car-buying experience was this easy, dealerships would have to start throwing in a snag and a carton just to get people through the door. Cheers, Used Cars Elite. Bloody good experience.

I’m 68 and I’ve bought more than a few vehicles over the years, so I know a good deal when I see one. I’d been looking for a decent caravan for ages and kept finding either overpriced ones or caravans that looked like they’d seen better days. The Jurgens caravan from Used Cars Elite was exactly what I was after. It was clean, well looked after and honestly presented just as described. The tractor itself was exactly as described and I'm very happy with the purchase. It runs great and was priced fairly. My only issue was the unloading process when it arrived. It took longer than expected and seemed like the delivery equipment wasn't fully prepared for machinery of this size. That said, the team was honest and worked through it. I think Elite guys should invest in better machinery delivery equipment, but I'd still buy from them again.
