Absolutely.
We encourage every customer to inspect and test drive their vehicle before making a decision. Inspections are available by appointment at our storage facility. To reserve a vehicle for inspection, we require a fully refundable reservation deposit. This simply removes the vehicle from sale, allows us to prepare it for your visit, and ensures it's available exclusively for you.
If you're unable to inspect the vehicle in person, we can arrange delivery anywhere in Australia. You'll have 6 days to inspect and test the vehicle, with the protection of our Money Back Guarantee if it isn't as described or doesn't meet your expectations.

Can't make it to us?

No worries.
We offer Australia-wide delivery to your home or workplace. Once your vehicle arrives, you'll have 10 days to inspect and test drive it, followed by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee, giving you plenty of time to make sure it's the right vehicle for you.
We want you to buy with confidence, not pressure.

Do you offer finance?

We don't offer traditional bank finance BUT
Keeping things simple helps us keep our prices competitive. Most of our vehicles come from government fleet disposals, corporate fleets, ex-rental vehicles and licensed wholesale auctions, allowing us to pass those savings directly to our customers.
For eligible vehicles, we may also offer an interest-free payment plan, including:
-Minimum 50% deposit
-0% interest!!!
-Up to 12 months to pay the balance
-Fixed monthly repayments with no hidden fees

Are your prices negotiable?

Our vehicles are competitively priced from the start, so there's usually very little room for negotiation.
However, if you're purchasing more than one vehicle or buying as part of a package, we're always happy to have a conversation. It never hurts to ask.

How and when do I pay?

Your payment remains protected throughout the purchase process.
Your deposit is held in a dedicated client account allocated specifically to your transaction. Funds are only released once you've received, inspected and accepted the vehicle. This gives both parties confidence throughout the transaction.

Do your vehicles come with a warranty?

Yes.
Every eligible vehicle includes:
-6-day inspection and test period
-30-day Money Back Guarantee
-90-day comprehensive warranty

Extended warranty options are also available on selected vehicles. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are in addition to any warranty or guarantee we provide and cannot be excluded.

Can I trade in my current vehicle?

For some vehicles, yes.
We accept trade-ins for most of our vehicles and are happy to provide an obligation-free appraisal.
You can either:
-Bring your vehicle in for an inspection, or
-Send us the details and photos online for an estimated valuation.
If you decide to purchase from us, we'll apply the agreed trade-in value towards your new vehicle.

Are all vehicles inspected before sale?

Absolutely.
Every vehicle undergoes a comprehensive mechanical inspection and quality assessment before being offered for sale. Before your inspection or delivery, we'll provide a copy of the Vehicle Entry Report so you know exactly what you're buying. No surprises.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes.
We arrange fully insured delivery anywhere in Australia. Most delivered vehicles also qualify for our 10-day inspection period and 30-day Money Back Guarantee, allowing you to inspect the vehicle in your own driveway. Contact us for a personalized delivery quote.

When can I collect my vehicle?

Once your paperwork is complete and your reservation deposit has been confirmed, your vehicle will be prepared for collection or delivery. Depending on its location and transport schedules, most vehicles are ready within 2 to 7 business days.
We'll keep you updated throughout the entire process.

How is the paperwork completed?

Once your reservation deposit has been confirmed, we'll prepare the sales documentation for your review and signature. Your vehicle will be supplied with all relevant documentation, including registration paperwork (where applicable), tax invoice and keys.
The process is straightforward, and we'll guide you every step of the way.

What documents do I need?

For most private purchases, you'll simply need a current Australian driver's licence or another government-issued photo ID.
If you're purchasing through a business, we may also require company details. Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We only collect information necessary to complete your purchase and will never sell or disclose your personal information except where required by law or with your consent.
