Reservation & Inspection Policy
To ensure a vehicle remains available while arrangements are made for inspection or delivery, a fully refundable reservation deposit is required.
Upon receipt of your reservation payment:
-the vehicle is immediately removed from sale;
-your reservation is confirmed in writing;
-your inspection or delivery arrangements commence.
Reservation deposits are held in a dedicated client account until the transaction has been completed or cancelled.
Inspection Options: In-Person Inspection
Where the vehicle is available at our storage facility, inspections are conducted strictly by appointment. Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle thoroughly before completing their purchase.
Australia-Wide: Remote Inspection
For customers located interstate or unable to attend personally, we can arrange insured transport anywhere in Australia. Once delivered, customers receive a 6-day inspection period, allowing sufficient time to inspect the vehicle in person before making their final decision.
This process allows buyers to purchase remotely with confidence.
If You Decide Not to Purchase
Should you determine during the inspection period that the vehicle does not meet your expectations, simply notify us before the inspection period expires. Once the vehicle is returned in substantially the same condition as delivered (allowing for reasonable inspection), your reservation payment will be refunded in full.
No cancellation fees.
No administration charges.
No unnecessary delays.
Reservation Period
Provided the inspection has not proceeded, your reservation deposit will be refunded in full.
Completing Your Purchase
If you decide to proceed, your reservation deposit is simply deducted from the purchase price. Ownership transfers only after:
-payment has been received in full;
-all required documentation has been completed;
-transfer requirements have been satisfied under applicable legislation.
Australia-Wide Delivery
Used Car Elite works with experienced licensed vehicle transport providers servicing every Australian state and territory. All vehicles are transported using professional vehicle carriers and are comprehensively insured whilst in transit.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier availability.
Warranty & Australian Consumer Law
Many vehicles include additional warranty coverage. Regardless of any dealer warranty, purchases remain protected by the consumer guarantees contained in the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
Nothing contained within these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any statutory rights available to consumers under Australian law.
Payment Security
Customer security is a priority. Reservation payments are managed through a dedicated client account established specifically for each transaction. Funds remain protected throughout the reservation and inspection process. No deposit is viewes as an advance payment and all deposits are fully refundable.

WA USED CARS PTY LTD handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Information is collected solely for:
-processing vehicle purchases;-complying with legal obligations;
-registration requirements;
-customer support;
-marketing communications where consent has been provided.
Personal information is never sold or disclosed except where required by law or necessary to complete your transaction.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia together with applicable Commonwealth legislation. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to operate in full force and effect.
